Black Hills Flooring, LLC is seeking a self-motivated sales specialist to provide sales of residential and commercial floor coverings.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing products that meet their needs and preferences
- provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers and addressing their inquiries and concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are properly displayed and stocked
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and targets
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the functionality and quality of products
- Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system
Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Knowledge of the market and trends in flooring is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and provide personalized recommendations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for processing transactions and calculating discounts

Compensation: $41,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
