Kitchen Tune-Up Tampa Central, FL is growing...and hiring again!

We are seeking a Cabinet Refacing Technician to work on kitchen and bathroom cabinet projects in the Tampa Central area and surrounding communities. We are looking for individuals who can work 3-5 days per week. The position pays $17-22 an hour based on skills/experience and offers, advancement potential!

Duties & Responsibilities:

Arrive to jobsite on time in logo’d shirt and appropriate work clothing
Follow instructions given by project manager for each project
Follow Trustpoints on every job
Keep work area clean and orderly and clean up daily
Communicate with project manager and/or owner daily about project progress
Work quickly and efficiently

Skills:

Stellar work ethic
Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow directions without deviating
Able to drill new doors for hinges, install new hinges, and hinge restrictors as needed
Able to install doors and drawer fronts
Able to install roll-out trays and other interior cabinet accessories
Ability to install decorative hardware
Ability to measure accurately for refacing and redooring projects
Ability to sand, prime, and paint cabinet boxes and existing crown molding for redooring projects
Ability to safely operate power hand tools including; a table saw, band saw, power hand saw, drill, router, planer, and powered nail gun
Ability to work on projects in Tampa and surrounding communities
Must be able to interact with our customers on a professional & friendly level
Must take personal pride in a job well done the first time
Ability to stay on task and complete projects within set time frame
Must have a valid driver's license with a verifiable good driving record and no physical limitations to perform the tasks required
Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
Illegal drug use not tolerated

Additional Skills (preferred but not required). Training is provided.

Prior experience in cabinet refacing not required
Prior experience in cutting moldings
Able to install trim moldings such as scribe, base molding, & crown molding
