Sales Specialist

Seeking a Sales Specialist to work in our exclusive territory that includes most of central Tampa area and surrounding communities. Kitchen Tune-up is locally owned and operated business with national support from a franchisor having an excellent reputation of giving superior service. This is an opportunity for an energetic, driven person to conduct in-home and showroom sales appointments. We offer flexible hours, Monday through Friday, with unlimited earning potential. This is a full commission sales position.

The ideal candidate has excellent oral and written communication skills, is highly organized, and listens with care and compassion. Must have high attention to detail and driven to help people update their space with great problem-solving skills. Demonstrate the value of our services and are confident in asking for the sale. Must have a valid driver’s license with verifiable good driving record and can pass a background check. We provide leads, training, samples, and coaching.

Job Duties:

· Preferred - Experience Two to Three years - Kitchen and Bath

· Required – Pre-qualify leads by phone

· Required – Maintain frequent contact with prospects and current clients

· Required – Create proposals with our web-based quoting system

· Required – Accepting client payments

· Required – Keeping clients up-to-date on their project status

· Required – Taking measurements and drawing simple diagrams when necessary

· Required - Generating outside leads independently in addition to those we provide

· Required – A good ambassador for the Kitchen Tune-Up brand at all times

· Required - Follow KTU trust-points – Listen carefully, arrive on time, respect the customer’s

home, and communicate.

· Required – Pass a criminal background check

· Required – Valid driver’s license with a verifiable good driving record

· Required – Illegal drug use not tolerated
