Reporting Relationship

The salesperson reports to the manager/franchisee as applicable.

Duties and Relationships

Creates outside leads and sales other than those generated by the existing business marketing.
Qualifies each prospect’s wants and needs into a plan of sales actions.
Photographs the project sitre in question to provide “before” photographs for the showroom album.
Gathers information on all job-related products in order to provide a presentation to the customer.
Assembles a quote and related information to present to the customer with the goal of creating a sale.
Revises quotes or drawings as customers’ wants and needs are assessed.
Attends project measure to ensure accurate scope handoff to project management.
Collects payments from customers.
Communicates necessary information to manager/franchise owner to enable them to complete a materials orders.
Initiates any scope change orders.
Serve as the client contact throughout the process from sale to final walkthrough.
