Our core services include wood reconditioning, cabinet painting, redooring, refacing, and new cabinets. We also provide solutions for countertops, cabinet organizers, accessories, and more.

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented cabinet installer and refacing technician in the East Valley Phoenix area to join our installation team. This position requires working in clients’ homes, so he/she must have a professional and friendly manner and a clean and orderly appearance. Duties & Responsibilities

Travel to and from clients’ homes in and around the East Valley Phoenix area for home remodeling projects
Measure, cut, and install project materials proficiently and accurately to prevent unnecessary waste and mistakes
Install cabinet boxes, doors, drawer fronts, roll-out trays, crown molding, veneer, laminate, and other project materials
Repair and prep cabinet boxes, doors, and drawers for paint or staining; apply paint or stain
Assist in organization, quality checks, and preparation of project materials in the warehouse
Participate in company meetings to ensure successful project execution and review unexpected issues
Follow company processes and procedures and communicate effectively with the project manager as to project progress

Position Requirements

Able to work through tense situations in a diplomatic and professional manner
Work diligently in an efficient, neat, and orderly manner
Have reliable transportation to travel to and from project sites, including valid automobile insurance

Hours & Compensation

Full-time (35-40 hours per week), overtime is possible
Normal working hours are 7:45 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Occasional work on Saturdays, depending on the circumstances of a particular project
$17.00 - $25.00 an hour, dependent on experience
Weekly fuel expense allowance
Paid holidays and time off
Bonuses for timely project completion, client satisfaction, and other benchmarks

Compensation: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
