Kitchen Tune-Up Cleveland West is seeking a Trim Carpenter to join our team! We are a growing and local business supported by a national franchise founded in 1988 and specialize in 1 - 5 day kitchen updates. Our Services include our exclusive 1 Day Wood Restoration Tune-Up, cabinet refacing, re-dooring and painting, custom cabinets & design.

Job Duties:

Duties & Responsibilities:

Arrive to jobsite on time and prepared.
Follow instructions given by project manager
Keep work area clean and orderly and clean up daily
Provide support to Lead Technician while learning valuable skills
Work quickly and efficiently
Excellent attendance and reliability

Skills:

Stellar work ethic
Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow directions without deviating
Desire to learn the skills needed to be successful through an apprenticeship, including:
- drill for hinges, install doors and drawer fronts making necessary adjustments
- Install roll-out trays in cabinets
- accurately measure, cut and install crown molding
- Safely operate power hand tools including; a table saw, band saw, power hand saw, router, planer, and powered nail gun
Must be able to interact with customers on a professional & friendly level
Must take pride in a job well done the first time
Must have a valid driver's license with a verifiable good driving record and no physical limitations to perform the tasks required
Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

Additional Skills (preferred and will compensate accordingly) Training is provided.

Experience in carpentry a plus
