Kitchen Tune-Up of Gilbert, AZ is a locally owned national franchise that offers homeowners 5 ways to update their kitchen with less stress, less mess, and for less money than a full kitchen renovation. Our core services include wood reconditioning, cabinet painting, redooring, refacing, and new cabinets. We also provide solutions for countertops, cabinet organizers, accessories, and more. 
 
 We are looking for a rock-star Sales Representative in the Phoenix East Valley area to take our company to the next level. In the year 2023, we closed approximately $1M in sales with the company owner as the salesperson. We have goals in 2024 to reach $1.2M-$1.4M+ in sales, and we know we can do it with the right person on our team. 
 
The ideal candidate for this position must be empathetic, have a high attention to detail, a focus on self-growth and self-accountability, excellent communication skills, and be willing to work as part of a team to ensure the best possible outcome for our clients.  Experience in sales is great, but not required – we will train the right person!
 
This is a commission only (+ bonus) sales role that includes the following benefits:

 Duties & Responsibilities:
*  Be in constant communication with the team as to lead flow, sales calendar, and the necessary information to properly prepare for sales appointments
*  Take the initiative in performing due diligence, building rapport, and establishing trust with potential clients before, during, and after a sales appointment
*  Follow the Kitchen Tune-Up sales process (training provided)
*  Conduct in-home sales appointments for Kitchen Tune-Up services and products. Focus on actively listening and understanding the homeowner’s remodeling goals with the intent of providing the best possible solution to their needs, budget, and timeline.
*  Provide accurate and relevant quotes to potential clients. Be confident in asking for the sale and practice a consistent and persistent follow-up method with the goal of closing the sale
*  Take thorough “before” photos of the project site and make accurate and complete notes of the project scope and client’s expectations. Ensure that all information pertaining to the client and project are entered into the company CRM software system.
*  Meet with the Project Management Team to review the project scope and ensure the accuracy of the project details. 
*  Accompany the Project Management Team to the client’s home to introduce the Team, review the project scope with the client, finalize any paperwork, and perform the “hand-off” of the project to the Project Management Team. 
*  Be available during the life cycle of the project to provide updates to the client, change order requests, and provide general support to the client as needed.
*  Stay up-to-date and current with service and product changes, availability, and pricing adjustments
*  Attend on-going sales training and company sales meetings as necessary.
*  Attend and work the Kitchen Tune-Up booth at Phoenix home shows
*  Accurately and thoroughly document client interactions in the company CRM 
*  Stay organized and systematic in lead follow-up, client updates, and other daily tasks. 
*  Always and consistently be courteous, professional, and helpful to leads, clients, and team members.

Compensation & Hours:
*  Flexible hours and days
*  Full-time or part-time
*  Compensation is dependent on your level of commitment: $70,000 - $100,000+
Compensation: $70,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
