Kitchen Tune-Up Orlando Southeast is seeking a Sales Representative.
Must have a high attention to detail and are driven to help people update their space with great problem-solving skills 
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Generating outside leads independently in addition to those we provide 
  • Qualifies each prospect’s needs into a plan of sales actions.
  • Promptly contact and track prospective customers received via different channels including online, Facebook, direct mail, print publications, professional referrals, and Home Shows or other in-person events 
  • Conduct virtual and personal meetings with prospective customers, using the Kitchen Tune-Up sales process.
  • Creating proposals with our web-based quoting system
  • Performs job site measuring and gathers the information necessary to create a cabinet layout, which meets the customer’s needs.
  • Photographs the remodeling jobs that are being measured to provide “before” photographs for the album.
  • Gathers information on all job-related products to provide a presentation to the customer.
  • Processes all credit card charges and collects payments from customers.
  • Communicates necessary information to the franchise owner or manager to enable them to complete a cabinet order. 
  • Completes the purchase order requisition to enable the franchise owner or manager to type the purchase order.
  • Meets the installer at the job prior to installation to inspect and cover all necessary details.
  • Continues customer contact during the project and monitors all related activities.
  • Has flexible work schedule to satisfy demand.
  • Maintain frequent, authentic communication with customers and coworkers.
  • Represent the brand and position yourself as the industry professional in the area.
