Operations Assistant
Part Time • Kennesaw
Kitchen Tune-Up Kennesaw is seeking an Operations Assistant.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Arrive to jobsite on time in logo’d shirt and appropriate work clothing.
- Follow instructions given by project manager.
- Follow Trustpoints on every job
- Work with and assist lead cabinet technician with all cabinet related installation activities.
- Assist with loading/unloading tools, materials, hardware etc to the work van to take to/from customer <-> warehouse.
- Maintaining appropriate inventory in the work van and organizing.
- Driving work van to/from customers with appropriate tools and materials.
- Receiving deliveries at the warehouse and organizing inventory appropriately.
- Perform quality check on the materials and keeping records.
- Assembling cabinets at the warehouse.
- Keep work area clean and orderly and clean up daily
- Communicate with project manager daily about progress
- Work quickly and efficiently (clients do not want us in their home any longer than needed)
Skills:
- Stellar work ethic
- Able to follow directions without deviating
- Must be able to match colors (cannot be color blind)
- Able to operate basic tools including drill
- Must be able to drive work van
- Must have clean driving record
- Must be able to lift heavy tools (table saw/Miter saw) to load/unload
- Must be able to lift materials such as cabinets/moldings/side panels to load/unload and install
Additional Skills (preferred but not required)
- Prior experience in cabinetry
- Prior experience in Warehouse operations
