- Installing cabinet doors, drawer fronts, hinges, and decorative hardware
- Completing cabinet refacing, redooring, and kitchen remodeling projects
- Installing cabinet accessories, roll-out trays, and storage solutions
- Performing cabinet modifications, trim work, and finish carpentry
- Measuring, cutting, fitting, and installing materials with precision
- Safely operating hand tools and power equipment
- Following established installation processes and quality standards
- Maintaining clean, organized, and professional job sites
- Communicating daily with the Project Manager regarding progress and project needs
- Providing a positive, respectful experience for every homeowner
- Working efficiently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
- Experience in cabinet installation, finish carpentry, trim carpentry, woodworking, or residential remodeling
- A proven track record of excellent customer service skills
- Ability to install cabinet doors, drawer fronts, hinges, and hardware
- Experience using saws, routers, drills, nail guns, and other carpentry tools
- Ability to accurately measure, cut, and install materials
- Understanding of quality workmanship and job-site safety
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to showing up ready to work
- Strong attention to detail and pride in doing the job right the first time
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new techniques
- Ability to follow instructions and work within established processes
- Friendly, professional communication with homeowners and teammates
