Job Duties:
- Conduct the Kitchen Tune-Up sales process (training is provided)
- Conduct scheduled "virtual/in-home" consultations, making presentations to homeowners
- Confident to ask for the order, persistent in sales follow-up, strong desire to win and succeed
- Cooperatively market your skills as an industry professional
- Ability to take basic measurements and draw neat diagrams
- Computer and smartphone proficient
- Creates outside leads and sales other than those generated by the office
- Qualifies each prospect’s wants and needs into a plan of sales actions
- Gathers information on all job-related products in order to provide a presentation to the customer
- Assembles a quote and related information to present to the customer with the goal of creating a sale
- Revises quotes or drawings as customers’ wants and needs are assessed
- Collects payments from customers
- Communicates necessary information to home office Design Services to enable them to complete the order
- Complete and place the orders
- Meets the installer at the job prior to installation to inspect and cover all necessary details
- Continues customer contact during the job and monitors all related activities
- Able to work days, some evenings and weekend appointments
- Strong negotiating skills
- Highly motivated, dependable, with strong work ethic
- Optimistic, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional demeanor suitable to working in clients homes
- Must have reliable transportation
