Looking to take the next step in your career and lead a team?  Kitchen Tune-Up is seeking a Lead Cabinet Installer to work on Kitchen and Bath remodeling projects in North Texas and surrounding areas.

  Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Arrive to job site on time in logo’d shirt and appropriate work clothing
  • Work with project manager to complete projects as per plans 
  • Follow Trust points on every job
  • Keep work area clean and orderly and clean up daily
  • Communicate progress daily to team members and customers
  • Work quickly and efficiently
  • Must have own tools
Skills:
  • Required: 5+ years experience in cabinet industry
  • Stellar work ethic and ability to solve problems
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow directions without deviating
  • Able to read kitchen designs and install cabinetry in accordance with plans
  • Able to drill for hinges and hardware
  • Able to lead the installation of cabinets and associated components
  • Ability to safely and skillfully operate power hand tools including; a table saw, band saw, power hand saw, router, planer, and powered nail gun, etc
  • Able to install crown and other moldings
  • Must be able to interact with our customers on a professional & friendly level
  • Must take personal pride in a job well done the first time
  • Must have a valid driver's license with a verifiable good driving record and no physical limitations to perform the tasks required
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check
  • Must have dependable transportation
Additional Skills (preferred but not required). 
  • Cabinet Refacing
  • Cabinet design
