Kitchen Tune-Up is seeking a Kitchen Designer / Sales Specialist to join our team with the mission of completing extraordinary kitchen remodeling projects for our clients!

This position works with professionalism and consistency to design updated spaces for our clients. The position requires traveling to prospects' homes to discuss their desired project, timeline, and budget, and then presenting the client with a proposal that meets their needs.

 Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Conducts the Kitchen Tune-Up sales process (training is provided).
  • Manages lead flow and client projects from beginning to end.
  • Attends scheduled proposal appointments at prospects' homes.
  • Generates leads at home shows and other networking, industry, and local events.
  • Tracks and maintains notes in our CRM software.
  • Performs job site measuring and gathers the information necessary to create a cabinet layout that meets the customer’s needs.
  • Photographs the remodeling projects that are being measured to provide “before” photographs.
  • Prepares cabinet drawings using 20/20 Design or other computer software.
  • Creates a proposal and related information to present to the customer with the goal of creating a sale.
  • Revises quotes or drawings as customers’ wants and needs are assessed.
  • Collects payments from clients.
  • Communicates necessary information to the project manager to enable them to complete a cabinet order. 
  • Assists with product orders for cabinetry, remodeling materials, kitchen accessories, and more to ensure we meet our clients timelines. 
  • Meets the installer at the job site prior to installation to cover all necessary details.
  • Continues customer contact during the project and monitors all related activities.
 Job Requirements:
  • 3-5 years sales experience minimum, with Kitchen Remodeling sales preferred.
  • Computer and smartphone proficiency.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Highly motivated and dependable with a strong work ethic.
  • Enthusiastic, friendly attitude.
  • Ability to set priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor suitable to working in clients’ homes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Must be willing to participate in home/trade show rotation.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
