Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage lead flow and client projects from beginning to end.
  • Maintain frequent communications with all clients and prompt follow-up with prospects and clients.
  • Conduct the Kitchen Tune-Up sales process (training is provided).
  • Have confidence to ask for the sale, be persistent in follow-up, and have a strong desire to succeed.
  • Track and maintain notes in our CRM software.
  • Represent the brand professionally in appearance and attire, and position yourself as an industry professional.
  • Communicate regularly with the sales manager and follow instructions for the sales process.
  • Generate leads at home shows and other networking, industry, and local events. 
  • Handle issues when they arise from you client.
  • Run sales appointments daily with some weekend appointments
  • Able to build estimates and proposals in our software
  • Attend a daily sales call during the week
  • Visit restoration companies, property managers, etc. and build relationships and gain sales from those relationship
  • Travel to appointments in surrounding towns

Compensation: $80,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
