Lead Cabinet Painter: Exciting Opportunity to Join Our Growing Team!

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Cabinet Painter to join our team. If you have a keen eye for detail, a commitment to quality, and a passion for craftsmanship, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Care: Show care for our customers' homes by being cautious, considerate, and tidy during all painting projects.
Surface Protection: Cover surfaces with drop cloths, plastic, and thorough masking to protect from overspray and ensure a clean work environment.
Transport and Handling: Handle cabinet doors and components for transport to and from job sites, ensuring they are properly reassembled.
Surface Preparation: Prep surfaces by removing old paint, filling holes, and repairing any damage to achieve a top-notch finish.
Application: Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray guns, exceeding client expectations with a flawless result.
Maintenance: Keep painting equipment, tools, and safety gear in good condition, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience painting cabinets, trim, or similar finishes is a MUST.
Skills: Basic math skills for measuring and calculating paint quantities.
Knowledge: Familiarity with different paint types, finishes, and application techniques.
Process Adherence: Ability to follow our detailed painting process to ensure successful projects.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, able to work independently or as part of a team.
Communication: Proficiency in English is required.
Licensing: Driver's license, clean record, and personal vehicle required.

Additional Considerations:

Experience in carpentry, kitchen renovation, or fixture installation is a plus but not required.
