Position Title: Project Manager

Reporting to: COO 

Compensation: $65,000 to $90,000 annually

Responsibilities:
●     Create exceptional client experiences and earn 5-star reviews.
●     Over-communicate with clients and the install team, providing detailed project schedules.
●     Measure project sites, order materials, and coordinate deliveries.
●     Approve supplier invoices and manage installation details.
●     Organize and manage warehouse inventory.
●     Ensure project timelines and safety codes are met.
●     Conduct regular operations meetings to implement new programs, address concerns, and recognize excellent work.

Qualifications:
●     Minimum five years of on-site project management experience in kitchen and/or bath remodeling.
●     Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
●     Residential remodeling or construction management experience.
●     Demonstrated leadership abilities and effective communication skills.
●     Tech-savvy with experience using CRM and project management systems (e.g., ServiceMinder, Buildertrend).

Ideal Candidate:
●     Full-time availability, Monday-Friday, with occasional weekend hours.
●     Experience coordinating a team of tradespeople.
●     Innovative and analytical mindset with excellent organizational skills.
