We are seeking a positive, resourceful, proactive, result- and growth-oriented Field Supervisor to help us build a Benevolent Business Empire (Purpose and Profits!) as a multi-territory, multi-brand franchisee in the home services space starting in our backyard of Atlanta and growing throughout the Southeast.
- Base Salary of $60,000 to $80,000

- Minimum Experience: At least five (5) years of onsite Field Supervisor experience with residential kitchen and bathroom remodeling.
- Ability to lift heavy objects.
- Ability to envision and implement innovative solutions.
- Effective at scheduling and multitasking.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and effectiveness at communicating project details and potential challenges to team members and clients.
- Have strong relationships with several subcontractor installer crews that can do full kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects.
- Are available to work full-time, Monday-Friday.
- Are available to occasionally work late or limited weekend hours to complete projects in a timely fashion.
- Are well-versed in remodeling procedures and able to coordinate a team of tradespeople of different disciplines to achieve outstanding results.
- Have an analytic mind and great organizational skills.
- Are innovative and prefer working in unconventional ways or on tasks that require creativity.
- Is relatively "tech savvy" and experienced using CRM systems (we use ServiceMinder) and project management systems (we use Buildertrend).
- Creating an exceptional client experience and earn a 5-star Google review.
- Over-communicating with clients and install teams, including sending the client a detailed schedule of their project one week prior to the start date.
- Measuring at the project site to order project materials.
- Ordering and coordinating the timely delivery of project materials.
- Reviewing and approving supplier invoices.
- Reviewing installation details and coordinate project timeline with our installers and subcontractors.
- Managing our warehouse, including logging and labeling all incoming shipments and properly organizing them and ensuring all project materials are sorted and accounted for prior to installation.
- Arranging delivery of project materials to the project site and communicating timelines with clients.
- Inspecting the completion of the project and forward feedback to the Operations/Project Manager, the General Manager, and other teammates.
- Running multiple project sites efficiently and safely.
- Creating and maintaining schedules that make sure upcoming events are communicated, tracked, and being proactively managed.
- Managing and coordinating the day-to-day field work to ensure it is conducted according to our Client Service Trustpoints, within the scope of the proposal, within the investment range, and compliant with safety codes and ordinances.
- Recruiting installer crews (1099s and W-2s).

Conducting regular operations meetings involving:
- Implementation of new programs or safety procedures;
- Address procedure questions or concerns;
- Recognition of excellent work performance of teammates; and
- Incorporate team ideas and suggestions to continually elevate the experience provided to clients.
- You would operate out of our Canton office located at 224 Brown Industrial Parkway, Suite 103B, Canton, GA 30114.
- You would attend in-person (i) weekly meetings on Mondays, (ii) daily huddles on Tuesdays through Fridays, and (iii) coaching sessions, as needed.
