Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Cabinet Refacing Subcontractor to handle kitchen refacing projects from start to finish. This includes door and drawer installation, veneer application, trim work, and final punch-out.
This is consistent, ongoing work for the right partner.
Scope of Work
- Install new cabinet doors and drawer fronts (typically full overlay)
- Apply and finish veneer on cabinet boxes
- Install hinges, handles, and hardware
- Modify cabinets as needed (cut downs, add panels, fillers, etc.)
- Install crown molding, light rail, and trim
- Maintain clean job sites and protect customer homes
- Complete punch list items and final touch-ups
Requirements
- Proven experience with cabinet refacing or cabinet installation
- Own tools and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and manage job timelines
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Professional communication with homeowners
- Must carry (or be willing to obtain): General Liability Insurance
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and handle physical work
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience with soft-close hinges and drawer systems
- Light carpentry or remodeling experience (backsplash, minor mods, etc.)

Compensation: $550.00 - $750.00 per day
