Kitchen Tune-Up, the trusted name in kitchen transformations, is seeking driven, experienced sales professionals to join our team. We specialize in cabinet redooring, custom cabinetry, countertops, backsplashes, and more, helping homeowners bring their dream kitchens to life. If you have a knack for closing deals and want unlimited earning potential, this 100% commission-based role is for you.
Responsibilities:
- In-Home Consultations: Meet with clients to understand their needs, style, and budget, providing expert advice and customized solutions.
- Design Presentations: Use tools, samples, and software to help clients envision their dream kitchens.
- Close Deals: Confidently navigate pricing, contracts, and client concerns to seal the deal.
- Showroom Assistance: Help clients select materials and finalize details in our showroom.
- Home-Show Assistance: Attend and work at home-shows and trade-shows as scheduled (rotation participation).
- Exceed Sales Goals: Achieve and surpass personal and team targets to maximize earnings.
- Stay Industry-Savvy: Keep up with the latest products, trends, and market opportunities to give clients the best recommendations.

Other Responsibilities: Any other responsibilities as needed to complete the sales process and close the sale.
What You Bring:
- Proven Success: You’ve excelled in a commission-based sales role, preferably in home improvement or kitchen remodeling.
- Master Closer: You have strong communication and negotiation skills and thrive on exceeding goals.
- Tech-Savvy: Able to use laptop, tablet, cell phone, and other equipment. Ability to learn proprietary software programs. Experience with design software or a willingness to learn.
- Customer-Focused: You’re dedicated to providing exceptional service and building lasting client relationships.
- Flexibility: Available to meet clients when they’re ready (Monday-Friday).

Positive Attitude: You are highly motivated, optimistic, enthusiastic, and friendly. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a professional demeanor. You are honest and have integrity to do what is right for the client, and adhere to our trustpoints agreement.
