Job Description:
We are seeking a powerful and driven Commission-Only Sales Representative to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter with strong sales skills and an interest in home improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact leads and turn them into customers.
Generate leads and build relationships with homeowners, contractors, real estate agents and interior designers.
Conduct needs analysis by phone prior to sales consultation to understand prospective client’s needs and present suitable kitchen cabinet solutions.
Provide accurate quotes and guide clients through the sales process.
Meet or exceed sales targets to maximize earnings.
Stay up-to-date with product offerings and industry trends.

Qualifications:
