Job Description:

As a Sales Representative with Kitchen Tune-Up, you will have the flexibility to work independently and earn commission based on your results. You will generate leads, meet with clients, and close sales while being supported by a company that understands the importance of work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively prospect and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
Meet with clients to understand their needs, present tailored solutions, and guide them through the sales process.
Build strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services, keeping up-to-date on trends in kitchen design.
Manage your own sales pipeline and set your schedule, allowing you to achieve your income goals with flexibility.
Collaborate with the team to share insights and success stories, helping others grow.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or home improvement is a plus, but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong work ethic and self-motivation.
Ability to thrive in a flexible, results-driven environment.
Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
Passion for working with people and helping them create their dream kitchens.

Compensation:
