What You'll Do:

As a Bath & Kitchen Sales Designer, you’ll collaborate with clients to create and sell custom remodeling projects. You’ll manage the process from initial consultation to closing the deal and project handoff.

Key Responsibilities:

Use proven sales techniques to consult with clients, identify their needs, and develop tailored design plans.
Conduct onsite measurements, gather project details, and take “before” photos to showcase transformations.
Utilize design software to craft layouts and proposals that align with client goals.
Present proposals confidently, follow up with leads, and close sales with professionalism.
Keep project details and client interactions organized in our CRM system.
Handle financial transactions, including payments, with accuracy and discretion.
Occasionally represent our brand at trade shows and community events.

What You Bring:

A strong sales background with proven success in closing deals and achieving targets.
Attention to detail and familiarity with design software (training provided if needed).
Excellent communication skills and a polished, professional demeanor.
