We are looking for an experienced Bath & Kitchen Remodeling Sales Consultant to run multiple in-home consultation appointments per week. Your consultative efforts are solidly backed by a local business with an excellent reputation, and a national franchise system in business for over three decades. If you are willing to make a commitment to learn our products and processes, are friendly and personable; you will be a success.

Who You Are:

3+ years’ sales experience as an in-home sales professional in Bathroom and Kitchen Remodeling
Sells solutions vs order taking during in home consultation
Well Equipped with "hunting" & "farming" skill sets
Ability to work independently and as a part of collaborative team
Creative with the ability to bring vision and solutions to your customers’ needs
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Highly motivated, goal oriented, and a strong closer
Coachable team player

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct scheduled "in-home" consultations, making presentations to homeowners about their bathroom and/or kitchen remodel (sales coaching provided)
Confident to ask for the order, persistent in sales follow up, strong desire to win and succeed.
Cooperatively market your skills as an industry professional
Unlimited income potential available for motivated individuals willing to develop account-based business, such as networking with interior designers, contractors, builders, and real estate firms
Ability to take basic measurements and draw neat diagrams
Communicates job details to operations team to ensure accurate ordering and execution
Continues customer contact to finalize selections and ensure an exceptional customer experience during the job
Participate in home/trade show rotation
Flexible with potential customers’ schedules and able to conduct appointments early evenings and weekends as needed.
