Job Description:
 
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Phone Sales and Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls to qualify and prepare prospects for in-home consultations, assist customers with inquiries and purchases, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

 Your Responsibilities:
 
  • Respond to inbound calls from (and make outbound calls to) prospects to qualify and schedule them for in-home consultations using our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Prepare prospects before our in-home consultations in accordance with our proven consultative sales process. 
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Meet or exceed booking rate and customer service performance metrics.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with team members and departments to ensure smooth customer experiences.
  • Follow company guidelines, procedures, and policies during all interactions with prospects and customers. 
Our Requirements:

  • Proven experience in phone sales and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills by phone and virtual meetings.
  • Proficient with CRM systems and call center software.
  • Three references from previous supervisors.
  • Positive attitude and high energy!
  • Strong character guided by a good moral compass.  Always do the right thing!
  • Result- and growth-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma required; some college preferred.
                                  
Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with home services, in-home sales, and/or kitchen and bathroom remodeling sales and/or customer service.

$15 per hour PLUS performance-based bonuses and commissions
