About the Role:

Join Kitchen Tune-Up Buffalo as a Kitchen Remodeling Technician and bring dream kitchens to life! We are looking for passionate individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy transforming spaces for our valued clients. Services include our exclusive 1 Day Wood Restoration Tune-Up, cabinet painting, cabinet re-dooring, cabinet refacing, and custom cabinets.

We Offer:

Four Day Work Week: We work four 10-hour days from 7am-5pm Monday-Thursday, Fridays off!
Stability: Indoor, full-time, year-round work
Vehicle and Training: Company Van, Gas Card, Select Tools Provided, Shirts Provided, and Paid Training
No Selling Required: All projects are sold by company salespeople
Established Company: 34 years in business as a franchise and over 5 years in business at the Buffalo location

Responsibilities:

Execute kitchen installations, including cabinetry, crown, drawer boxes, new cabinet accessories, etc.
Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Maintain a clean and organized job site, adhering to safety standards.
Perform quality checks to guarantee high standards of workmanship.
Assist in inventory management.

Experience Required:

4+ years of trim carpentry experience with direct experience installing and renovating kitchens

Compensation:

$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Requirements:

Proven experience in kitchen remodeling.
Strong knowledge of installation techniques, tools, and materials.
Ability to operate smartphone for job/project tracking.
Excellent communication.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials as required.
