Responsibilities:

Arrive on time, in uniform (logoed shirt and proper work attire)
Follow project manager instructions and company Trustpoints
Maintain a clean, organized work area and van — clean up daily
Communicate progress to the project manager each day
Work efficiently without sacrificing quality

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience in:
- Cabinet demo
- Cabinet installation & refacing
- Installing crown molding with tight seams
Ability to:
- Apply cabinet veneer
- Drill for hinges
- Install doors, drawer fronts, and roll-out trays
- Deliver cabinets/materials to job sites
Operate power tools safely:
- Table saw, band saw, routers, planers, nail guns, etc.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Able to follow directions precisely without deviation
Professional, friendly customer interaction
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
Physically capable of performing job duties
Must pass a criminal background check

Bonus Skills (Preferred, Not Required):

Cabinet painting
Backsplash tile installation
