This role exists to deliver consistently high-quality kitchen installations with precision, efficiency, and professionalism. This is a hands-on role for someone who already knows the craft and takes pride in getting it right the first time.
Experience Required
Proven experience as a cabinet installer, trim carpenter, or cabinet technician
Strong ability to drill for hinges and complete cabinet installations independently
Experience installing moldings and trim with clean, finished results
Comfort working efficiently without sacrificing craftsmanship
Ability to interact with customers in a calm, professional manner
Personal pride in workmanship and accountability for final results

Physically capable of performing residential installation work
Ability to work in Knoxville and surrounding communities
