This role is for someone with proven cabinet or trim carpentry experience who can work independently, take pride in quality work, and communicate professionally with customers and coworkers.
Installers must report to the Oak Ridge warehouse by 8:00 AM at the latest and be able to work in customers’ homes up to one hour from the warehouse.
Job Duties
- Install cabinets, doors, drawers, trim, molding, and hardware
- Drill for hinges and complete cabinet modifications
- Read job details and prepare for each project
- Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized
- Communicate respectfully with customers and team members
- Solve basic install issues without constant direction
Requirements
- Cabinet installation, trim carpentry, or cabinet technician experience
- Strong hand and power tool skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently
- Pride in workmanship and finished results
- Professional, respectful communication
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Able to pass a criminal background check
- Physically able to perform residential installation work

Compensation: $22.00 per hour
