This role exists to keep our shop organized, efficient, and ready so installers can focus on high-quality work in customers’ homes. This is an entry-level position for someone with basic tool experience who wants to grow into a skilled installer over time.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop
Prepare tools, materials, and equipment for jobs
Stock supplies and assist with basic shop maintenance
Load and unload materials and assist with deliveries
Support installers on job sites when needed
Use tools safely and follow shop procedures

Experience and Requirements
Basic experience using hand and power tools
General understanding of shop safety
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to lift and carry materials up to 50 pounds
Valid driver’s license
Clean criminal background check
Reliable transportation to and from the shop

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, already has basic tool experience, and wants to build a long-term career in the remodeling industry with a professional, growing team.
Compensation: $19.00 per hour
