- Arrange for delivery of materials to the jobsite and communicate timelines with clients.
- Inspect the completion of the project and forward feedback to the owner and other team members.
- Run multiple jobsites efficiently and safely.
- Coordinate w/ subcontractors and team members and manage scheduling.
- Create and maintain schedules that make sure upcoming events are communicated, tracked, and being proactively managed.
- Manage and coordinate the day-to-day field work to ensure it is conducted according to our company Trustpoints, within the scope of the contract, within budget, and compliant with codes and ordinances.
- Plan, construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures using wood and other materials.
- Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials with expert precision.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.
- Supervise and mentor junior carpenters and apprentices.
- Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards.
- Collaborate with designers, contractors, and clients to ensure project satisfaction.
- Maintain tools and workspaces in excellent condition.
- Meet project deadlines while maintaining high level quality of work performed
- Ability to identify problems and come to timely and cost effective solutions.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
- Able to drill for hinges.
- Able to install doors and drawer fronts.
- Able to install roll-out trays in cabinets.
- Strong self starter with ability to identify issues and offer timely and cost-effective solutions.
- Ability to safely operate power hand tools including a table saw, band saw, power hand saw, router, planer, and powered nail gun.
- Minimum of 8–10 years of professional carpentry experience.
- Proven experience in high-end residential or commercial construction.
- Mastery of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- OSHA certification (preferred).
