Position Overview
Kitchen Tune-Up Lake Mary is growing and seeking a skilled, dependable full-time cabinet and cabinet refacing installer to join our team. This role is ideal for experienced remodelers or trim carpenters who take pride in high-quality work and want stable, long-term employment.
You’ll be completing cabinet installations and cabinet refacing projects in residential homes throughout our community, many of them high-end.

Responsibilities
- Complete projects according to instructions provided by the Project Manager
- Remove and install:
- Cabinets
- Cabinet doors and drawer fronts
- Trim and moldings
- Hardware
- Drill for hinges and install doors and drawer fronts accurately
- Install roll-out trays and cabinet accessories
- Follow Kitchen Tune-Up TrustPoints on every job site
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area daily
- Communicate daily with the Project Manager regarding progress
- Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of cabinet installation, refacing, or trim carpentry experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Proficient in:
- Drilling for hinges
- Installing doors, drawer fronts, and roll-out trays
- Ability to safely operate power and battery tools including:
- Table saw
- Sander
- Drill
- Router
- Planer
- Nail gun
- Reliable transportation and basic hand tools preferred

Compensation: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
