About the Role

Are you an experienced cabinetry pro with an eye for detail and a passion for kitchen & bath remodeling? We’re looking for a Kitchen (and Bath) Design & Cabinet Procurement Specialist who can support our remodeling team by translating field measurements into accurate 2020 Designs and seamless cabinet (and other kitchen and bathroom materials) orders with our preferred cabinet (and other) suppliers. If you’re tech-savvy, organized, and experienced with cabinet lines and remodeling logistics — this is your next great remote opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

· Use 2020 Design Live to generate accurate, presentation-ready kitchen and bath layouts

· Convert field measurements into cabinet order specs and installation drawings

· Place and track cabinetry orders with manufacturers

· Coordinate with suppliers to confirm lead times, order statuses, and delivery schedules

· Update and manage digital files, floorplans, and order documentation via cloud sharing tools

· Collaborate virtually with our design consultants, clients, and vendors to clarify design/order details

· Support our operations team by entering data into our project management software tool (Buildertrend), setting appointments, and tracking tasks

· Organize and maintain project files across multiple active jobs

Required Qualifications

· 3+ years in kitchen design or cabinet order support

· Advanced skills in 2020 Design software (Design Live strongly preferred)

· Familiarity with cabinet construction, ordering logic, and SKU selection

· Comfortable interpreting field measurements and remodeling floorplans

· Excellent communication skills (verbal & written in English)

· Self-motivated, highly organized, and reliable in remote environments

Preferred Experience

· Hands-on knowledge of cabinet lines

· CRM/Project tools: Buildertrend, ServiceMinder, or equivalent

· Experience with kitchen/bath permit sets, vendor coordination, or remodeling workflows
