Position Overview
Kitchen Tune-Up is seeking a Kitchen Designer / Sales Representative to join our growing team.
This is an in-home sales role where you’ll meet directly with customers in their homes to design functional and beautiful kitchen spaces that reflect their style and needs.

This position is fully commission-based with training provided. You’ll have the flexibility to set your own schedule, while enjoying the support of a locally owned and operated business that values teamwork and growth.
Compensation: $50,000–$70,000 annually, based on performance metrics and sales results.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads through personal contacts, referrals, and social media.
- Qualify each prospect’s wants and needs into a clear sales plan.
- Visit clients’ homes to measure spaces, take photos, and gather necessary project information.
- Prepare cabinet layouts, drawings, and proposals using 20/20 Design or similar software.
- Present design concepts and proposals to customers, making revisions as needed.
- Close sales and collect client payments.
- Build lasting relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Highly motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented.
- Friendly, enthusiastic, and confident when working directly with homeowners.
- Comfortable managing your own schedule and sales pipeline.
- Professional demeanor suitable for in-home consultations.
- Willingness to participate in home/trade show rotations as needed.
