POSITION

We are seeking a Site Supervisor to lead our kitchen and bath installation crews. You’ll oversee installers and subs, train team members, and ensure each project meets our high standards and 5 Trustpoints—without needing constant owner input.


WHAT YOU'LL DO 
  • Accompany owner for accurately measuring job after sale and assess scope of work
  • Supervise daily installation teams and maintain the project schedule
  • Train and mentor installers and subcontractors on Kitchen Tune-Up and Bath Tune-Up processes and quality standards
  • Measure cabinetry layouts and prepare accurate order sheets for the office to place
  • Inspect and stage materials for installation
  • Ensure each installer has all tools, parts, and information before work begins
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite every day
  • Report progress and field issues directly to the owner; proactively resolve concerns
  • Attend franchisor training and implement best practices on every job
  • Document daily progress, photos, and field notes in our system
  • Wear Kitchen Tune-Up branded gear and uphold our 5 Trustpoints on every site

WHO YOU ARE
  • 5+ years of experience in kitchen cabinetry installation, finish carpentry, or remodeling
  • Proven supervisory or foreman experience, with the ability to coach and develop teams
  • Strong measurement, layout, and plan-reading skills for accurate installations and orders
  • Proficient in inspecting and staging materials, and confirming installer readiness
  • Excellent communicator—able to liaise effectively with installers, office staff, and clients
  • Tech-savvy: comfortable recording daily logs and photos digitally
  • Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable vehicle
  • Professional, respectful presence in occupied homes, upholding our customer-first culture

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
