Kitchen Tune-Up Tempe Ahwatukee is seeking a motivated, client-focused Sales Specialist to join our growing remodeling franchise. This is an ideal opportunity for a driven sales professional who thrives on relationship building, project guidance, and helping homeowners transform their spaces.
This is a high-autonomy, commission-only role with strong earning potential, flexible scheduling, and the option to work with multiple local Kitchen Tune-Up franchises for expanded income opportunities.
Position Overview:
The Sales Specialist serves as the primary client consultant throughout the sales cycle—managing incoming leads, guiding homeowners through design decisions, and delivering a seamless customer experience from the first conversation to project hand-off. You will represent the Kitchen Tune-Up brand with professionalism, confidence, and a solutions-oriented mindset.

Comprehensive training on the Kitchen Tune-Up sales process is provided.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage lead flow and client projects from beginning to end.
- Maintain frequent communications with clients and prompt follow-up with prospects and clients.
- Conduct the Kitchen Tune-Up sales process (training is provided).
- Have confidence to ask for the sale, be persistent in follow-up, and have a strong desire to succeed.
- Track and maintain notes in our CRM software.
- Represent the brand professionally in appearance and attire, and position yourself as an industry professional.
- Communicate regularly with the franchise owner and sales manager and follow instructions for the sales process.
- Generate leads at home shows and other networking, industry, and local events.
Qualifications
- High attention to detail
- Computer and smartphone proficient
- Highly motivated and dependable with a strong work ethic
- Social media savvy: Knowledge of maintaining a Facebook business page and responding to Facebook messages preferred but not required.
- Optimistic and enthusiastic with a friendly personality.
- Ability to set priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor suitable to working in clients’ homes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Compensation and Schedule
- Commission-only position with strong earning potential based on performance.
- Flexible schedule—ideal for candidates who want autonomy or supplemental income.
- Opportunity to engage with other nearby Kitchen Tune-Up franchises for expanded project volume.
