Are you an experienced leader in home remodeling or residential services? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can build, grow, and own the success of a business? We have recently launched a new franchise location in the kitchen remodeling space and are seeking a proven General Manager to lead operations, drive profitability, and help scale the business for long-term success.

This is an exciting opportunity to help build a franchise operation from the ground up—with strong franchise support, significant growth potential, and the ability to participate financially in a future sale of the business.

What You’ll Do

- Lead all daily operations including project management, customer service, installations, scheduling, and quality control.

- Recruit, train, and manage a talented team across sales, installation, and admin roles.

- Drive revenue growth and ensure profitability through smart operations and margin management.

- Manage P&L, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.

- Ensure full compliance with franchise systems, processes, technology, and brand standards.

- Champion an exceptional customer experience and strong culture focused on craftsmanship, service excellence, and accountability.

 

What We’re Looking For

- 5+ years of leadership experience in remodeling, home improvement, construction, or residential service industries.

- Experience operating within a franchise system.

- Strong business management skills including P&L ownership.

- A builder—of teams, processes, and culture.

- A growth-minded leader comfortable in a startup environment.

- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
