Who We Are: Kitchen Tune-Up is seeking a Design Trainee to learn all aspects of kitchen design and client consultation. This entry-level role offers hands-on training with clear advancement opportunities as you develop your skills.
What You'll Do:
- Learn our systems for tracking and managing client inquiries.
- Shadow experienced designers during client consultations to understand needs assessment.
- Assist with on-site measurements and learn how to gather specifications for cabinet layouts.
- Document projects with photography and learn portfolio presentation techniques.
- Support client communication and learn to manage design revisions with guidance.
Who You Are:
- Eager to learn with no prior design or sales experience necessary.
- Organized, coachable, and committed to developing new skills.
- Friendly communicator who enjoys helping people and working on a team.
Compensation: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
