About the Role:
The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving shipments, organizing inventory, and preparing materials for delivery or internal use. This role helps maintain accurate inventory records and ensures materials are stored, tracked, and distributed efficiently.

- Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Prepare and stage materials for delivery or project use
- Track inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies
- Prep and paint cabinet components
- Coordinate outgoing shipments and deliveries
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
- Assist in the preparation and assembly of kitchen components and cabinetry.
- Assist with equipment management
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and customer expectations.
- Opportunities to learn carpentry, refacing, and artistic wood restoration.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous warehouse or inventory experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate basic warehouse equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is essential.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Painting experience would be a plus.
