What to Expect:
- Within 24 hours, an in-person, hybrid or phone interview invite.
- Within 5–7 days, an offer letter and lunch with the owner.
Typical Day
- 40% is work from home client followup and documentation
- 60% is in-home client appointments along with community engagement
- Follow up with customers and prepare proposals from home
- Meet with customers in their homes to assess needs and present kitchen design solutions
- Listen, learn, and present solutions to customers
- Build and revise quotes based on each customer's vision
Who You Are
- Background in hospitality, retail, or any customer-facing role
- A natural with people, warm, professional, and coachable
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently from home
- No degree or sales experience required
- Must be local to the Flagstaff, AZ area
