Role and Expectations
Elevated Sales and Development Role:
- Close high-ticket deals ($20K–$100K+)
- Build your own pipeline beyond company-provided leads
- Develop strategic partnerships (builders, designers, realtors)
- Generate referral networks and neighborhood presence
- Influence and elevate 1–2 additional sales reps
- Become respected known expert in the industry
This is a player-coach role with a clear path into sales leadership.
Top Performers Earn
- $150,000 – $200,000+ income potential
- Uncapped commissions

Requirements and Expectations
- $100K–$200K+ in monthly closed revenue
- 50%+ close rate on qualified opportunities
- Self-generated deal flow through:
- Builder relationships

Qualifications
- A proven high-ticket closer (home services, remodeling, real estate, or similar)
- Someone who hates relying only on inbound leads
