Field Supervisor / Foreman – Residential Remodeling (Kitchen & Bath)

Location: Maryland / DMV Area

We are a family-owned remodeling company experiencing strong growth and focused on building a high-performing team. Our work centers on delivering quality kitchen and bathroom remodels while developing our people and maintaining a culture of accountability and respect. We are seeking a Field Supervisor / Foreman who takes pride in their work, leads by example, and wants to grow with a company that values the right attitude as much as experience.

Position Overview

·       Lead field operations for residential kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects
·       Ensure projects are executed on time, within scope, and to company standards
·       Serve as the primary leader on-site, setting expectations for quality and productivity

Key Responsibilities

·       Supervise and direct installers and subcontractors on-site
·       Review project scope and plans prior to execution
·       Maintain jobsite organization, cleanliness, and professionalism
·       Identify and resolve issues proactively to avoid delays
·       Ensure quality standards are consistently met
        Detailed carpentry/measuring skills
·       Communicate daily with the Project Manager regarding job progress
·       Document progress and issues through field reporting tools and software
·       Coordinate with the internal team to ensure materials are available and ready

Qualifications

·       Experience in residential kitchen and/or bathroom remodeling
·       Working knowledge of cabinetry, trim, and finish carpentry
·       Ability to read and interpret plans and project scope
·       Proven ability to lead and manage field teams
·       Strong problem-solving and communication skills
·       Reliable and accountable work ethic
