Lead Installer – Kitchen & Bath Remodeling

Location: Maryland

We are looking for a Lead Installer who takes pride in their work, can lead on-site, and wants to grow with a company that values quality and professionalism.

Position Overview

·       Lead installation for residential kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects
·       Ensure work is completed accurately, efficiently, and to company standards
·       Serve as the primary installer and on-site point of execution

Key Responsibilities

·       Perform and lead installation of cabinetry, trim, and finish work
·       Accurately measure job sites for cabinets, materials, and layouts
·       Interpret plans, drawings, and the scope of work
·       Ensure all installations meet quality standards
·       Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
·       Coordinate with the Field Supervisor and the Project Manager
·       Identify and communicate issues early to avoid delays
·       Document progress using company tools and software

Measurement & Technical Skills (Critical)

·       Ability to take precise field measurements for kitchens and bathrooms
·       Understand layout, spacing, and fit for cabinetry and finishes
·       Identify potential measurement conflicts before installation
·       Ensure accuracy to prevent rework and delays

Qualifications

·       Proven experience in kitchen and/or bathroom remodeling
·       Strong carpentry and installation skills
·       Ability to read and follow plans and specifications
·       Experience leading or working independently on job sites
·       Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
·       Reliable and accountable work ethic
