PROJECT SCOPE:
Ongoing cabinet redooring and installation projects with consistent volume as the business scales. Cabinet refacing projects available with prior experience or on-the-job training. OPEN BID PAY STRUCTURE.
REQUIREMENTS:
* At least 3 years of experience in carpentry and/or cabinet installation with strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality finish work
* Jurisdictionally appropriate Contractor's License or Trade License as required
* General Liability Insurance and Worker's Comp Insurance
* Provide own tools, equipment, and reliable transportation to/from job sites
* Pass a criminal background check
TASKS:
* Install cabinets, doors, molding (including stacked crown), drawer boxes, roll-out drawers, accessories, and decorative hardware
* Follow the project plan while ensuring accuracy and efficiency
* Maintain a clean and organized job site
* Communicate with the project manager daily about progress, issues, and timeline

Compensation: $1.00 per hour
