- In-house installation team for better customer experience and project quality
- Coordinate project schedules, including subcontractors, installers, deliveries, and inspections.
- Order and track materials, cabinetry, fixtures, and other project-related products.
- Maintain accurate project records and documentation within the company CRM and project management systems.
- Monitor project timelines and proactively address scheduling conflicts or delays.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers throughout their remodeling project.
- Respond to customer questions, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Communicate project updates to customers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal team members.
- Verify project details, measurements, selections, and specifications to ensure smooth execution.
- Assist with change orders, warranty requests, and project closeout documentation.
- Support continuous improvement of project coordination processes and workflows.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Retail management experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Experience using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Customer service experience required.
- Experience in remodeling, construction, interior design, or home improvement preferred.
