About the Role
We're looking for a passionate, driven Sales Kitchen Remodeling Specialist to join our growing team in Jesup, GA! This is your chance to combine your love of beautiful spaces with your sales expertise and help homeowners transform their kitchens into the rooms of their dreams. This role is straight uncapped commission!

Responsibilities:

Conduct in-home and in-showroom sales consultations with prospective kitchen remodeling clients
Present and recommend kitchen remodeling solutions including cabinet refacing, redooring, and custom cabinetry
Develop and nurture leads through follow-up calls, emails, and relationship building
Prepare accurate project estimates, proposals, and contracts for clients
Collaborate with the production team to ensure seamless project handoffs and customer satisfaction
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals
Represent the Kitchen Tune-Up brand with professionalism at local events and community outreach

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in home improvement, remodeling, or a related industry
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to read and interpret basic design plans or product specifications is a plus
Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills
Comfortable conducting in-home consultations and traveling within the local service area
Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

Compensation: $120,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
