100% commission, uncapped. Consultants earn an estimated $160K–$200K a year.
Kitchen Tune-Up and Bath Tune-Up Bloomfield are growing across Essex County and Northern NJ, designing and installing everything from cabinet refacing and bath updates to custom kitchens, luxury baths and aging-in-place remodels ($20K to $100K+). We're seeing more and more of our business come from past clients, their neighbors, and the realtors and trades who refer them.

What You'll Do
- Run company-provided in-home consultations and generate your own through referrals, the showroom, and local realtors, designers, contractors and community groups.
- Check in during the project, do the final walkthrough, and ask for the review and referral.
What You Bring
- 2+ years of in-home or showroom sales in kitchen, bath or other premium home improvement (windows, roofing, siding, flooring).
- A track record of earning well on 100% commission, ideally with repeat and referral business.
- Design fluency in layouts, cabinetry lines, materials and current trends.
- Reliable transportation, a valid license, and daytime availability with some evenings and weekends.
How We Measure Success
Close rate (target 30%+), client reviews, referrals and scope accuracy, not volume alone.

Compensation: $160,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
