About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Kitchen Cabinet Installer to join our growing team! In this hands-on role, you'll transform kitchens and bring smiles to homeowners across the Niceville area. If you take pride in quality craftsmanship and love seeing a project come together, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Measure, cut, and install kitchen cabinets, hardware, and trim with precision and care
Trim carpentry work and experience
Read and interpret blueprints, layout plans, and installation instructions
Ensure cabinets are level, plumb, and securely anchored to walls and floors
Install cabinet doors, hinges, drawer slides, and decorative hardware
Communicate professionally with homeowners on-site to ensure satisfaction
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site throughout the project
Coordinate with project managers and team members to meet deadlines
Excellent measuring skills a must

Requirements:

Prior experience in cabinet installation, carpentry, or finish work strongly preferred
Proficiency with hand tools and power tools (drills, levels, saws, etc.)
Ability to read measurements, blueprints, and installation plans accurately
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
Reliable, punctual, and professional with a customer-first attitude
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks in various home environments

Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
