About the Role:
We are seeking a driven, enthusiastic Business Development Outside Sales professional to join our growing team in Exton, PA. This is an exciting opportunity to represent a trusted brand in the home improvement industry and connect homeowners with beautiful kitchen and bathroom transformation solutions. If you love building relationships, this role is for you! No selling required. You develop the leads and relationships, and the sales team closes. This is a straight-commission position that realistically pays $ 65,000- $95,000 once the pipeline is built. The pay is based on performance. The pay structure is easy to understand.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate new business leads through networking, referrals, and community outreach
- Conduct on-site connections with prospective customers to assess kitchen and bathroom remodeling needs
- Present Kitchen Tune-Up products and services, including cabinet refacing, redooring, and custom cabinetry at shows and events
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and follow up consistently to schedule the appointment
- Develop and nurture relationships with local realtors, property management, designers, and home improvement professionals who sell appliances or flooring for referral partnerships
- Meet and exceed monthly goals
- Represent the brand at local events, home shows, and community functions to drive brand awareness
Requirements:
- Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or a related field
- Strong communication, presentation, and scheduling skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
- Experience in home improvement, remodeling, or kitchen/bath is a plus
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to attend events and meetings
- Comfortable with CRM tools and basic technology for tracking leads and sales activity
- Positive, customer-focused attitude with a passion for helping homeowners

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
