Join our sales team as a Design Consultant helping clients make selections to update and remodel their kitchens and homes within 1 hour from Burlington ! We specialize in Fast and Affordable kitchen and home updates and transformations. We offer a variety of services and options to fit every style and budget. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and quality craftsmanship.

Ideal candidates strongly believe in the company culture that our clients always come first. The person hired will be extremely coachable, have drive and empathy, have courage to try new things, be a consistent learner, and have a willingness to train and adapt.

Job Duties:
·         Confidently ask for the sale, persistent in sales follow-up, strong desire to win and succeed.

·         Track and maintain notes in a CRM database.

·         Maintain frequent communication with management, coworkers, customers and prompt follow-up with new prospects.

·         Conduct and Follow the Kitchen Tune-Up sales process (training is provided).

·         Balance the relationships with new prospects and current customer projects.

·         Represent the brand and position yourself as the industry professional in the area.

·         Ability to take basic measurements and draw neat diagrams.

Skills and Requirements:
·         High attention to detail.

·         Computer and smartphone proficient.

·         Highly motivated, dependable, with a strong work ethic.

·         Optimistic, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude.

·         Ability to set priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation: $60,000.00–$150,000.00 per year
