We are looking for a Trim Carpenter to manage and help work on home remodeling projects in the Charleston and surrounding area. Company vehicle, tools, and training are provided.
We are looking for a Trim Carpenter to manage and help work on home remodeling projects in the Charleston and surrounding area. Company vehicle, tools, and training are provided.
You should have experience in detailed finish carpentry such as installing cabinets, crown molding, shoe molding, and other various types of trim work. This is a full time, long-term position with the ability to grow with the company. We believe that a positive attitude and the ability to take direction can be more important than years of experience. We enjoy the work we do, the team we work with, and the clients we work for. Our business strives to keep a professional, drama free and stress-free environment.
Reporting Relationship
The Trim Carpenter reports directly to the Project Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ability in finish carpentry
- Ability in cabinet refacing preferred
- Ability in cutting and installing moldings
- Ability to modify cabinets
- Any electrical and plumbing knowledge is a plus!
- Able to communication information regarding repairs or touch ups to the management team
- Keep job sites clean and equipment serviced

- Stellar work ethic
- Able to work in the Charleston and surrounding communities
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to interact with our customers on a professional and friendly level
- Take personal pride in a job well done the first time
- Read project plans and implement designs
- Proficient in using a cell phone and new apps
- Able to learn new programs and procedures
- Any additional duties as needed
